Existing faults are not covered under this policy, and there are some items that are not covered under this policy so please see our terms and conditions here for a full list of exclusions. You cannot claim within fourteen days of the policy becoming active, if you claim after this point you will be required to pay an excess of £25 for all gadgets with cover amount of £200 or less, £50 for all others except laptops which have an excess of £75. An additional excess of £25 will be applied for each of the following: Loss or theft, international claims and claims within the first 3 months of the policy start date. If you are paying monthly you will be required to pay for the remainder of the twelve month period of your contract before a successful claim can be made.
